All the selected papers in the conference will be eligible for full paper submission for the special issue Digital Education for All in the Journal Quality Education for All, by Emerald Publication, which is a dedicated journal on SDG 4.The submitted papers will be sent to double-blind peer reviews. The special issue is edited by the OC members of the conference to promote SDG 4 globally. The journal APC is applicable upon acceptance.

WaveHills is going to launch, on the occasion of the IC DEA, its first journal, Digital Education and Well-Being. All the post-double-blind submission full papers presented in this conference are eligible for APC waiver in DEWB, WaveHills.

  • Please note that the travel and accommodation facilities are not covered in any of the following fees; the presenters need to accommodate their travel and stay, and we will arrange the lunch and high tea on the conference days for offline presenters.

We will send the papers for double-blind peer review. If your paper gets selected, you need to pay 7500 INR or 100 USD for the proceedings publication. (this is optional to choose, and only APC will be collected after peer review qualification.)
